Can I extend my stay at Aquatica Goa?
A.Yes you can extend your stay on arrival subject to availability of rooms.

How long does it take to confirm my booking?
A.As soon as the money reaches Aquatica Goa's bank account your booking is confirmed. We will also send you a mail within 24 to 48hrs confirming the same.

Can I change/shift to another room on arrival?
A.Yes you can shift/change your room on arrival or during your stay to experience stay in different types of accommodation available with us, subject to availability of the preferred room. There will be no charge for shifting/changing rooms. The tariff for room occupied will be applicable. No refunds will be entertained.

What is the Refund Policy?
A.In case of refund, bank transaction charges will be deducted above the cancellation charges due.In case of credit card transactions, refunds will be done only to the same credit.
